On the fringe of Gulfood, the world’s largest F&B sourcing trade show held in Dubai, returns Out-of-the-Box. Its events start just when the days at the Fair end, combining B2B networking, cooling off in business style, Michelin starred cuisine and tasting and cutting-edge topics. This edition will sport exciting world premieres as DINE-WITH-GEMS at Capital Club Dubai as well as GELATOCUISINE, the unveiling of the Gelatarian era. Organized as a preview of the 16th Italian Cuisine & Wines World Summit, Out-of-the-Box is realized in collaboration with Euro-Toques , the association of culinary professionals that defends the quality and taste of food products and is part of the Sustainable UAE Eating project: not by chance one of the main initiative is Pizza Zero Waste, a campaign that involves some of the most representative pizza restaurants in the UAE, which will be launched during the Pizza Green Star Awards. Michelin Starred Master Guest Chefs Marco Bottega, Marco Marras and Giorgio Servetto and Alessandro Tormolino will perform in the Stelle&Bolle night (Bolle Restaurant DIFC) and in the Nights of the Stars at Lunarossa Restaurant. Chef Enrico Derflingher, Euro-Toques President, will be Guest of Massimo Pasquarelli, at Il Gattopardo, for a four hands special dinner. Stay tuned.
